Our Framework for Company Building

The formula for predictable success is “idea quality multiplied with execution quality and luck”. We aim to control all these factors.

We’ve built and scaled 10+ companies at a 50% success rate using our advanced methods such as the 10x Principle of Continuous Progress, Decision-making, and Implementation that I've developed.

We propel our companies to be within the 5% of startups that survive, and often the 1% that thrive.

We have a diligent procedure for picking the right business model. Our targets are usually large markets where we can have an unfair advantage, and our goal is to ensure the business model is suited to that market.

During the last 10 years of my career, I have looked at and evaluated 50,000 business models, giving me a broad understanding of what works and doesn’t work. This led me to develop the MINT Framework for maximizing startup success.

This framework ensures that the Model, Industry, Niche and Timing all match one another. Through data-driven evaluation, we guarantee our companies obtain MINT match, which is the key to picking a promising start-up idea.

Due to the depth of support we offer each founder and venture, the number of founders we can work with is very limited. Every year we have 5000 applications. We interview 500 and choose to invest and partner with 5-10 at most, making us one of the most selective accelerators in the venture world.

Our ratio of partners to founders allows us to work extremely closely with founders to optimize every part of the journey. We put a strong focus on hiring key management and raising capital, as well as building a product/equity story that investors want to invest in.
